Worked on a pirate station called IBC Radio, which stood for The Illegal Broadcasting Company back in the late 80's and early 90s with my good friend Quantice who also grew up listening to the same quality soul, funk and hip hop. There is now a website dedicated to what was great about the Manchester Pirate Revolution that took place in the eighties and ninties.
